The account you are currently logged into does not have an active support license, could you please log into the account you used to purchase Event Espresso which will then give you access to our Premium Support Forums
As support we do not have access to sales details within your account. We can just see if your account has an active support license, which yours does not. There could be many reasons for this so I have alerted our sales to who will investigate this and be in touch shortly.
