Ive tried event espresso for couple days. and meet many problems! i have latest version buyed 1) Automatic ticket sending not works afther payment! this is urgent |

Which payment method are you using? What is the default Registration Status for your events? You can find this within the event editor, look at the ‘Event Registration Options’ – http://take.ms/dYHXM
Are you using the default barcode shortcode? You’ll need to check which code types your barcode scanner supports, Event Espresso supports 4 different code types – code39, code93 (this is the default), code128, datamatrix
The templates are completely customisable so that you can style these any way you choose.
You do not need a special account type or an Administrator account to access EE4. Event Espresso includes a full capabilities system, this allows you to assign the EE capabilities to ANY single account (or account type if you choose) There is more info available here: https://eventespresso.com/2015/03/announcing-the-capabilities-system-in-event-espresso-4/ and https://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-espresso-4-roles-permissions/ It depends on what sections of Event Espresso you would like to give the account access to as to which capabilities they will need.
A full app integration will take a significant amount of time to develop. Due to the significant difference between EE3 and EE4 a new framework will need to be built to allow an app to communicate with EE4. However it IS possible to scan tickets using a mobile device using either a bluetooth barcode/QR code reader or an app that can emulate a keyboard that can scan the codes. |

last thing,,, when a customer choose the mollie iDeal payment option, they go to the mollie payment page,, but when they click on cancel they still get a ticket! |

okay i have changed that,, but still 2 problems,, now attendees getting 2 registration mails and 2 tickets (the same emails and tickets) why??? each this its goign to be crazyer.. second thing.. my barcode looks diffrent then normal barcodes..so normal barcode scanners cannot read it easy,, takes alot of time/delay check image: u see the big black blocks on each side of the barcde |

Hi Menno, You can remove those black blocks by adding this to your ticket’s barcode shortcode:
