Country code error with Mijireh using Braintree

We are having the same issue with Mijireh as I found in this post:

I have posted a message to Mijireh, but not received an answer about it yet. We use the Braintree gateway with them and I found this seems to be a Braintree error code we are receiving….

Order failed: Country code (alpha2) is not an accepted country. (91814)

This only happens when we enable the Address Information to be collected, but this is only a workaround to disable that feature and we need to collect the information for some forms. We also use Mijireh for our Gravity Forms without this issue. Has anyone else had this issue or could suggest how to resolve?
