in General Settings, Countries; I keep getting ”
An error occurred! Please refresh the page and try again.”
I’ve chosen Australia, but I don’t get a choice of states or provinces.

Hi Sharon,
Does the error only occur on the General Settings > Countries tab? Or is it elsewhere in the admin or front end?
Have you set your Organization country to Australia?
By default only US and Canada regions are provided. That being said we have added small plugins to Github that can add that data in for you, the Australian one is here: https://github.com/eventespresso/ee-packs-states-provinces/tree/master/espresso-australia-states-provinces-pack
