We have a contact us link on an old event that’s showing up as a 404 error.
where can i go edit this so the link goes somewhere that actually works?

The template that has the URL is in /templates/registration_page_display.php line 63. So you could edit there, or create a page to match the URL or set up a redirect with a Redirection plugin.
