For some reason last month the app starting showing this error before login to the events. The site was change to ssl for secure reasons and I don’t know if this affect the app.
Hello Josh, i try all the options in the troubleshooting post but still not working. What other option should i try now, this is very important because we have about 4 events coming up and we need the scan to be functional.
The thing about the support tokens is they are generally used in addition to a support license (for priority support). They’re not intended to be used in place of a support license.
In any case, you should contact your host and check to see if they’ve made any adjustments to the web server between the time this was working and now. Specifically the Authorization header needs to be allowed to be passed. Other users of Event Espresso have reached out to their hosts about this same issue and the issue was resolved by adding some specific code to the .htaccess file to allow the Authorization header to be passed.
