Where do i find this on my account and how do i get them up and running on the mobile up?
Currently the mobile apps only work with EE3. For EE4, there’s a barcode scanner add-on for tickets. There’s more information about scanning for tickets in Event Espresso in our documentation:
We are running EE4, so we should be fine as far as that is concerned.
However, their event does not have tickets/bar codes to scan. They just want to manually check in attendees with the mobile app using their iPad. How do they set that up?
