unfortunately couple of hours ago the confirmation mails could be received. But for now as I tested no confirmation mails can be received by attendees as a payment confirmation.
We are using the latest version of EE3. The custom mail is activated on the event page. Also the “send a payment confirmation mail” setting in the general settings part is activated. The wordpress system mails are working. It sounds strange to me that it just stopped sending out mails… Have you got any hints?
