Hello,
I am having a problem with sending out confirmation emails. They will not send when i do a test subscribe and test pay. It also doesn’t send when i click the envelope in the attendees area. I have tried all suggested fixes in the support forums.
It did work, then i changed the emails to more of a html email conformation, it includes and image, will this affect the outcome?
The site is going live on wednesday next week so needing this to be pretty robust before hand, can you please help?

Hi Nathan,
HTML emails should not be an issues as that is the format the default emails have.
Have you checked to see if other emails on your site work? You could try a plugin called Check Email, which oddly enough checks that the default emails work.
