Have been testing a reservation system we are using with EE3 – I was getting notification / confirmation emails using $0 pricing so charges weren’t going to Paypal. Now when I start testing with $ dollar amounts in the price, it goes through Paypal fine but I no longer get email notifications or confirmations with EE online reservations. So the only difference is that its not by passing Paypal.
Log into PP account > Profile > My selling Tools > click Update next to Instant payment notifications > make sure Message delivery is Enabled
My problem was that it wasn’t enabled and therefore EE wasn’t able to know the PP transaction went through.
