Are the fields that are missing fields that display on the registration form on the front end of the website? or are they admin-only questions? |

The fields that are missing DO appear on the registration and on the database. |

Hi Francesco, I’ve just ran a test registration on your site and received an email containing all of your custom questions included on the registration form, do you still see a problem when testing? If you are providing the same content within the registration form for each test, or re-sending the registration from within the admin it could be the email client is simply hiding the duplicate content, Gmail for example will do this and you need to expand the full email by clicking the 3 dots at the bottom of the message. |
