HI! We are having issue on event espresso, when client order an event ticket they and pay they dont receive any confirmation email about their order. How can we fix it? Thank you
If the status bar shows green then the email has been triggered and sent over to your mail server, after that we don’t have any control over the email it’s all down to your mail server.
