When I send a confirmation email, the Start and End Time and the Start and End Date custom email tags are not working. The email shows this:

As you can see, the line just says “Your event starts at on and ends at on .”
This is what the line looks like in the back end.
“Your event starts at [start_time] on [start_date] and ends at [end_time] on [end_date].”.
Also, the start and end dates and times are filled in, as shown in this screenshot:

I am not sure what is wrong, any help would be appreciated.

Also, this issue is happening at irregular intervals, sometimes the time and date show in the confirmation email, and sometimes they don’t.

Hi anne,
Is there anything related about the emails that dont show the times – are they from the same event? Do they go to the same email address (i.e. fake@gmail or just gmail)
Im just looking for some correlation, because if it is random it will be much harder to figure out.
Also have you modified any of the Event Espresso files? Are there any old template files in the uploads/espresso directory?
