Hi, thanks matthias |
Hi there, That should happen by default anyway for the Registration Approved email, as long as you are selecting the number of tickets and have the ‘Personal Information’ group selected for ‘Additional Registrants’ (looking at your site, you do) So do they not show up on the email you currently receive? If not, what does the email show? |

Hi, |
By default the personal information group contains only ‘First Name, Last Name and Email Address’. You’ve added additional questions to that group, so all attendees are required to provide those answers with the current setup. However, you can create a new question group (Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Question groups) and add those additional questions to that group. Then select that additional group only for the primary registrant and leave one the 3 system fields in the ‘Personal Information’ group. Then additional users only need to provide the Personal info group and the primary has additional questions. Will that work for you? |

Hi, i know what you mean, i added a new group with alle the additional questions. in the personal information group i only selected email and name. |
Hi, The registration form for the Primary Registrant must have the Personal Information Group. That’s why that group cannot be disabled. If you want to edit the Personal Information group, so that it has fewer questions, you go to Event Espresso > Registration From > Question groups. |

Hi, thank you now it works. |
Yes, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Approved. Each message type has different ‘contexts’ in which it is used, you can see those next to the message type name, for example this screenshot highlights how to edit the ‘Event Admin’ context for the registration approved message – http://take.ms/Yctmp For more details see: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/ You’ll need to edit the ‘Registrant’ context and click the green toggle switch to disable it. Now switch to the ‘Primary registrant’ context (details on how are in the link above) and toggle the switch to enable that context. Then in the ‘To’ field for that message type, add the Now your ‘Registrant’ context should be disabled and the ‘Primary registrant’ context, enabled. |
