I have set a company logo in the General Settings page. It appears correctly on some output, such as the Confirmation Receipt but it does not appear on the Message Emails. I have installed the latest EE4.5. |

Hi, I ran a few tests but couldn’t see anything wrong. Can you advise which message types are having the issue please? |

Hi, Is that the original file or a screenshot (I’m assuming screenshot)? If it is a screenshot, what type of file is the original (e.f. JPG, PNG, GIF, etc) and can you link to a copy? Also, when adding the image in the Organisation settings, did you use the upload method or did you just type in an URL? If the latter, can you make sure that there are no spaces, before or after the URL and that the URL is correct. |

Hi, are you using Event Espresso 4.4.5 or the pre-release of 4.5? Also, can you confirm that the [CO_LOGO] shortcode has not been removed from the message type that you are testing? I’m using 4.4.5 and yes the [CO_LOGO] shortcode is in the message. |
