I have read the past forums on this topic – but some are outdated and honestly I do not quite understand. Exactly where do I find a way to color code our events because right now it is too overwhelming that they are all one color. If you give me a code – I need to know exactly where to put it. I am not a web person – but an Executive Director of a non-profit responsible for website management. I do not have an IT brain – so please make it as simple and clear as possible.

Hi Lisa,
I can try to help you with this, but first, can you explain where you want the colors to be changed? For example, is it a background color that you want to change, or a banner, or some text? Can you post a link to the event, and describe where you want the color changes to happen? Along with that, are you looking to set specific events to have specific color schemes, or will these different color schemes for events happen randomly?

I want my meetings to be one color and training to be another color. I did go into settings and click yes to have colors for the blocks and text but did not see how I can choose multiple colors.
In the actual events – I see where you can create categories – but this did nothing to change the colors.

Thanks for the additional information. Can you clarify one point for me? Are the meetings events and training events assigned to corresponding categories? So for example are the meetings events assigned to a “meetings” category?
