Greetings. I have a suspicion this may be related to multi-user event registration, but I could be completely wrong.

Below bove off-line payment header and above the link I’m seeing the following code:

Hi Charlie, it looks like you may have some form of debugging enabled on the site. Also, the software that is in use is an older version of Event Espresso.
Please try updating to a current release of Event Espresso 3:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/
If you are unable to update at this time, then I would try turning of WP debugging via a macro in your wp-config.php file:
