Hi Jakob, Can you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Admin Options. Look for ‘Encode Session Data?’, is that set to Yes? If so change it to No and save the settings. Next check Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Reg form settings. Make sure ‘Encrypt Bot Trap Data’ is set to No and save. Then test another registration, does it work then? |

Not what I know about. Were do I find the ticket selector template? Is it enough to delete it to try and see what happens? |

I’d need more information about how your site was customized to be able to answer your questions. Was there a developer tasked with making customizations? They would likely know how to remove the customizations. |

I don’t think we have done any customization. The only thing I could think about is the css (then I think it’s in the main theme and not in EE4). Otherwise it should be in the “Show more +” shown by the ticket selector. But there is nothing in this folder: Also there is no folder with the name plugins/event-espresso/templates or wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/templates My language file in /wordpress/wp-content/uploads/espresso/languages isn’t updated for very long (2016-01-12). Could that be a problem? |

The language file would not remove some of the ticket selector inputs. A file in the active WordPress theme or in a plugin that was added to customize the ticket selector template could though. If you temporarily switch to another WordPress theme does the checkout problem go away? You can use the |
