Hi there,
We recently changed domain for our FAB Awards site from Fabawards2016.com to Airportfab2016.com.
However now we are experiencing issues with registrations. Some have gone astray and also I cannot now register without the form reverting to the start and stating I haven’t filled out the first name field.
Can someone look into this and resolved for me? thanks

Your theme needs to be updated so it is compatible with the current version of WordPress. If this is a premium theme with a support license, then try checking with the theme author to see if an update is available:

I have sorted that out now. And can now register again.
However there are still some registrations that went through while the support license was still attributed to the old domain, before I had done the license reset.
Is there anyway to get hold of these?

Hi Matt,
The support license has no effect on recording registrations. Was the database from the original site copied over to the new site before those registrations came in?

The database had been copied before that point and registrations had been taken.

For instance all have registration emails from us but are not showing on the system. Could you see what has happened here as I fear we may have some registrations lost in the ether.

That’s why I asked about the database, and I’m sorry but I don’t understand your answer. Do you have access to the database of the old site?
