A recent update seems to have changed or moved a feature that’s important to us.
Previously, to change an attendee’s ticket type, there was a button that made it very simple. But since the update, we can’t find that feature. It’s a problem if we have to change only one participant in a group — to have to cancel and issue a whole separate invoice for the group, just to change one person’s ticket, is a major inconvenience. Has this feature changed or moved? Please let us know. Thanks.
