Hello,
Searched for this scenario and couldn’t find an answer.
We have 2 events, event A & B. Event A is $100 and event B is $95.
A registrant purchased 4 tickets to event A and meant to purchase 2 tickets to event A and 2 tickets to event B.
So, I need to remove 2 tickets for event A from their purchase, add 2 tickets to event B and issue a small refund. We are using printed tickets and will be scanning bar codes so I want to make sure they end up with the right tickets.
Help appreciated 🙂

Hi Grady,
There isn’t currently a way to move registrants between events or ticket options at this time. You would need to cancel the existing registrations and then manually register the attendees/registrants through the WP dashboard.

Then a refund could be processed through your merchant account. For example, if you were using PayPal, then you could process that refund through that account on PayPal.com.
