Hi there, I started to use the plugin but for some reason the Feature Image for the events won’t upload. When I click the button Upload Image it only shows an empty white box and nothing else. I’m not sure what to do. I already tried several browsers and nothing. I had Visual Composer installed and I realized it wasn’t compatible. Deactivated but the problem persists. I appreciate any help. Event Espresso version 3.1.36.6.P |

Hi, Can you go to http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/options.php (obviously change yoursite.com to your actual domain), and look for image_default_link_type. The box next to this should contain the word “file” (without quotes). If it doesn’t add it in and save the options (at the bottom of the page). If this does not resolve the issue or if the field already contains the word file, please let us know. |

Actually not a single overlay/lightbox is working. Like, shortcodes for events for example. |
Hi, could you rephrase this:
It sounds like no images in Event Espresso are working. I see that you mentioned that you deactivated one of your plugins. Have you tested with only Event Espresso 3 running to rule out a plugin conflict? — |

Hi Lorenzo, I deactivated all plugins but Event Espresso and Event Espresso Plugin, then deactivate all plugins leaving just Event Espresso and it din’t work. |
