For whatever reason I cannot go through the registration process. When hitting the register button it does append ‘?ee=process_ticket_selections’ but goes no further. I’ve tried disabling other plugins, ensuring that the critical pages give me the okay messages, etc… no luck Here is my test case: http://www.arakyta.com/events/some-test-event/ |
Hi there Stefan, Are any caching plugins or services running on this site? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/ Could you temporarily switch to a default WP theme and let us know if you see the same issue? — |
|

I’m having the same problem in all versions of IE. This has been happening since the recent EE update. |
|
I’m getting the same result with a default theme, and there are no caching plugins installed. I’m using nginx rather than apache… but I have no caching config set on that either. |
|
I’ve tested chrome and safari as well so I’m fairly certain it isn’t a browser based problem |
I’m not seeing any issues when registering onto your Events with IE. Could you start your own thread with further details of how to reproduce this please? Could you try temporarily switching back to one of the Default WP themes (for example twentyfourteen) and retest please. You can do this without altering the theme in use on the site using the Theme Test Drive plugin |

|
I already tested it on the twentyfourteen theme and it did not work. |
The the next step is to try a full troubleshoot. This involves temporarily de-activating all Non EE plugins and retesting. Then enable each plugin individually and retest between activating each one until the issue re-appears. You could also clone the site locally and test if the same happens there, that way if it does you can test locally to find the issue rather than on the live site. |

In my first post I said I already did that. But for arguments sake, I tried that again, and it still does not work. |
Hi there, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question. Thank you. — |
