Can't login EE mobile app

Hi,
I just installed iOS & Android EE mobile app, while I login, on the iPhone, after I entered URL and password, it just crashed without any message and it returned to iPhone desktop. On the android phone, it can’t login, either. It showed the following error message, “Sorry, you are not allowed to list events, Missing permissions: ee_read_events, ee_read_others_events,ee_read_private_events”

How can I fix this issue?

Hi Chris,

Are you using a custom role on the user you are logging in with or are you logging in as an administrator?

Which version number of the iOS app are you using?
