Can't Instal Add-on Plugins

In addition to my payments gateway page no longer loading after activating WorldPay on http://www.tlexprogram.com/uk/, I’m now having a plugin problem.

I tried to install the Custom Files addon-plugin. Unfortunately, I’m getting an error “Unpacking the package…Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin install failed.” Installing other addon plugins like the calendar add on are working fine. Please advise.

Hi June,

The Custom Files add on is not a plugin which is why it is failing, you need to install it via FTP or your hosts control panel.
