I do not have Event Espresso installed on more than one domain. I requested a re-set to the live domain and its been reset. However, I still cannot upgrade Event Espresso due to the message above.
Might be an expired support license. If you’ve renewed in the last year, you can contact sales to ask for assistance with your account, or if you haven’t renewed, you can renew to get access to updates.
Thanks Josh. The main issue is I am receiving the “Database table wp_esp_registration_payment exists when it shouldn’t” issue. This issue is resolved by updating to 4.8.30.p according to this thread:
However, I am on 4.8.28.p and if my support license is expired, do I just get dropped off with a version of the plugin that has these issues? Or is it possible to at least be updated to a stable release before losing support?
You’ll then want to remove your old version and upload and activate the new version.
We do recommend keeping your support license active you can get help from our team and have access to one-click updates through your WordPress dashboard.
