Can't find ticket design & formatting

I have a feeling that I am just missing something really simple, but if I add a ticket link to my confirmation emails, there is a version of a ticket that I can’t find in my event espresso. It is not in the general settings or the ticket settings. Where else do I look?

I can forward the email with the link.

Have you created a custom ticket? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-ticket/

If so perhaps check wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets
