Please show me and my computer support professional how to find my license key. Nothing is easy with this program and getting support is very frustrating. Having to pay $99 to talk to someone is extremely disappointing.
You don’t need to purchase a support token to get support from us, we are more than happy to work through issues with EE on here via the forums or via email.
We do not offer phone support as we found most of the time the issue wouldn’t be resolved over the phone which, in short, meant most phone support queries were much longer than they needed to be. Working through issues raised via the support forums or email allows us to check off those issues and multiple members of the team to jump in with ideas/fixed.
