Cannot Use Promotional Code

Hi There,
I am unable to add promotional code to events – even though they are there when i got to view promotional codes?
Please can you help?

Hi sriddle,

As of 3.1.32 we introduced ‘Global’ promo codes.

Global promo codes apply to all events, and therefor can not be selected within an event, as if it accepts a promo codes, its automatically accepts global codes.

So if you go to Event Espresso -> Promotional Codes. Are the promo codes set to global?
