On lindaberens.com, upgraded to WP Version 3.9.1. Now receiving error:
Warning: ucwords() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/lindaber/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/class/pue/pue-client.php on line 80

I realize I have to upgrade the EE plugins. The automatic updates do not work: the package is not available. The site license is active. What am I missing?

Hi Linda,

I’ve reset your support license. Please backup your WordPress.

Then try updating again.

Trying to update from the plugin Ticketing, Version 2.0.9, for example, I receive this message:

Warning: ucwords() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/lindaber/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/class/pue/pue-client.php on line 80
The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Plugin Event Espresso – Ticketing (1/1)
An error occurred while updating Event Espresso – Ticketing: Update package not available.
Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

In my account profile it now says my site license key is not active. Why would that be?

By copying in the same site license as before, I was able to update all of the plugins and resolve the version conflict with WordPress. Thank you!

Hi Linda,

I’m glad your issue is now resolved.

Just to note, when we reset your license key it will remain the same key, the different being that it is then not linked with your domain.

So once reset you need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, remove the key (cut) save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once again. Which then re-assigns your license key to your domain.

As your key has now been re-assigned there is no need to do this.

Just let us know if you find any other issues.
