I am trying to update the plugins on http://www.ConneXions.world, but I get these three messages: You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now. You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso – Calendar (EE 4.3+) but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now. You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso – Grid View Template (EE 4.4.9+) but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Hi there, I have reset your license key. You’ll need to go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more. Be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving. You will also receive an email with these instructions. After doing the above does it allow you to update then? |

Nope. Tried your instructions, but still get the rejection notices. |
Hi Bob, The reason for the rejection notices is because localhost/connexions continues to ping our site. Can you please remove the Support License key from localhost/connexions? After you remove the key from that site (go to Event Espresso > General Settings, blank the field and save) we can reset your key again. |

September 12, 2017 at 10:29 am Josh, I have removed the key from local host, blanked, saved and reset the key on my production site and still cannot update the plugins. There are two very disturbing outcomes to your policy here: 1) I cannot do localhost desktop development without an additional license Do you have a solution for these two problems? |

You won’t be able to as the key was assigned to your localhost, I’ve reset it again.
Don’t use the license key on your development copy and update the plugin manually on that site: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#ee4-manual-update
Why is the site down? The key has no effect on Event Espresso other than support and one click updates. Your site would continue to work as it was even without a license key. |

Thanks. My production site is updated. Now reading the instructions for manually updating my desktop site. Appreciate the great support… as always! |
