We’ve been trying to delete some tickets on this event. Clicking the trash icon would seem to remove them, but then we click Update the event, the tickets would be back. Tried on multiple browsers/PC/Mac. The removing doesn’t stick. Also the tickets don’t seem to be locked. https://www.holisticlivingschool.org/events/plant-sale-july-2017/
EE version 4.9.43 WordPress is up to date too

Hi there,
Do the tickets have registrations applied to them?
You can not delete tickets if registrations have been made on the ticket (even if the registrations were not complete/approved). What should happen if you try to delete a ticket with registrations is the ticket would lock within the event when you update, like this – http://take.ms/Mprg5
However, you also mentioned the tickets don’t appear to be archived (locked). If you create a new test event, create a couple of tickets and publish the event, then edit and remove the tickets are they removed from that event?

No the tickets didn’t have registration, and like you said it would have changed the tickets to Locked, but it didn’t. Eventually We made an entirely new event from scratch and deleting tickets seem fine.
I’d still like to know what’s causing the old event’s error.
