After I click either the Save or Save & Close buttons, the following page says,
“404 – Not Found
The article you were looking for was not found, but maybe try looking again!”
The first step to troubleshoot this would be to deactivate all plugins except for the Promotions add-on and Event Espresso, then try again. If that does not make a difference, you can contact your web host and ask them to investigate if there’s a security mechanism in place, that’s getting triggered by trying to save a promotion on that Promotions edit page.
