I have several dates/times and corresponding tickets assigned to those dates/times. Several of my dates/times read “1” under the reserved column, but non have been sold. Because of this, these tickets are reading as “Sold Out” on the front end. How do I remove these bogus reserved ticket statuses?
The reserved tickets may actually be a registration in progress. That said, you can go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and click on the “Reset Ticket and Datetime Reserved Counts” button and that will clear the reserved ticket counts.
I tried that, but I’m receiving a message “ticket and datetime reserved counts were correct and did not need resetting” and the reserved counts are still set to 1.
That would indicate there’s a registration in progress. If the registration in progress isn’t finalized within an hour the reserve count will automatically be reset back to 0.
It is showing for 30 different date/times. I can’t imagine that there would be that many at once. This isn’t on a live site just yet, but on our development site. We’re using the dev site for testing purposes before going live.
The dev site is publicly accessible then it could have some open sessions, and if you or your team were testing there may be some open sessions. In which case you can go to the registration-cancelled page to clear your session.
