Cannot login on app to check people in.

I’m trying to login on the app and I’m getting a Sorry, can’t log in 404-not found error. I’m sure the website URL:, Login ID: & Password are correct.

Hi,

Are you using the latest App and Ticketing add on? Have you installed, activated and configured the JSON API add on?

Can you provide a link to your site please?

What phone/device are you using to login to the app with?
