I recently purchased and installed EE version 4.6.4.p. There is a message that I need to enter my support license key to enable upgrades, however, there is not spot on the organization settings page to enter the key (where the messeage tells me there should be a place to enter it) and I cannot find a place anywhere else either. I also am encountering glitches when trying to update my logo so I feel something is not right.

Please note this is a wordpress multisite, but I have the EE plugin activated on only one subdomain site.
I would like to set up to accept Stripe payments and I need to get this upgrade ability worked out first. I looked at downloading and manually installing, but I am concerned about losing any of our forms and events we have already set up so I prefer to do it through the WP dashboard if possible.
Ah-ha … I just found the caveat about updating Multisite.
“If your version of Event Espresso does not have the automatic update feature, or you are running WordPress Multisite, please follow this procedure:”
I will try it that way… I apologize I did not see it sooner.
It turns out that when Event Espresso is installed on a WordPress multisite network, there are two options for running updates. These are:
1) Network Activated Event Espresso Log in as Network Admin, network activate Event Espresso, and input the Support license key on the main site and/or network site. (Subdomain sites do not display the license key field).
