Goodafternoon, I have a similar problem like this, unable to delete transactions because the popup is hidden on top of the screen.
I’m using EE 4.9.9 and WordPress 4.6.
I have downloaded the Dutch translation again from GlotPress two days ago.
Can you please help?

Hi there,
There’s a problem with one of the strings in the GlotPress translation that is causing this.
After digging through the translations a little I found its this string:

The original string is this:
By default %1$sa payment message is sent to the primary registrant%2$s after submitting this form.%3$s
translated:
Standaard wordt een %1$s betalingsbericht naar de primaire registrant%2$s verzonden na het indienen van dit formulier.%3s
Note the missing $ from the end of the string just before the s.
I’ve updated the translation in GlotPress you can either redownload the file from there, or tweak that translation within your local .PO file and regenerate the .MO from that.

Hello Tony, I downloaded the new translation .po en .mo files from Glotpress, updated them on my website and now everything works fine.
