Cannot change ticket quantity

I need help with editing my event – specifically ticket quantity. Whenever I try, it says “error updating ticket”. Is this something that cannot be changed once the event is published?

Hi there,

I’d like to take a look at this if, possible?

However, to troubleshoot I’ll need both WP Admin and FTP credentials. If that’s ok you can send those over using this form:

Your site is installed in a subdirectory and we’ve had a couple of reports of this happening so I’d like to add some code and see why it’s happening.
