I recently marked a registration status as cancelled and ticked the send related messages.

The following error message occurred. The status was changed to cancelled.

An error has occurred:
Something went wrong and the message for this registration was NOT resent
EED_Messages – process_resend – 625

Hi Jos,

Could you go to Event Espresso –> Messages and take a look at the Registration Cancelled message type?

Does the registrant recipient appear blue which means its active or grey which means that its deactivated?

Hi Lorenzo,

Under Messages-> Default Message Templates Tab – “Registration Cancelled” is showing grey for both Admin and for Registrant link.

Under the – Settings Tab- “Registration Cancelled” is showing in the Email Settings active box.

I am using various custom templates selected on the event admin page, but Registration Cancelled is set to Global Settings.

Regards,

Joseph

Hi Joseph,

Grey means that they are deactivated.

Click on the grey Registrant link and then look for the TO field and then enter the following shortcode and save changes:

[RECIPIENT_EMAIL]

Then the Registration cancelled message type should appear like this:
