Cancelled Transactions

In testing PayPal Standard, I cancelled out of a transaction once I was transferred to PayPal’s site. How do I prevent EE4 from recording cancelled transactions under Registration

Hi,

You can’t, all registrations are logged, failed or otherwise. We found that a lot of users tend to want data on failed registrations in order to follow up with those users or otherwise try to smoooth out the purchase process.
