The tickets from the printable tickets add-on are dynamic, the aren’t ‘assigned’ as such because they are generated on the fly using the registration.
ALL registrations will show a ticket with that add-on because the idea behind the tickets is for them to be scanned via a barcode scanner or mobile app. When that happens a request is sent to the site to confirm the status of the registration the ticket is for, Approved will show they checked in, anything else will alert on the screen. So someone showing up with a cancelled ticket and then having it scanned at the door would be rejected.
If I re-send the ticketing notice email to that person, it links them to a ticket for the event even though their registration is cancelled.
Is that sending a ticket notice for the ‘new’ registration or the ‘old’ (cancelled) one?
That makes sense, and indeed, it shows up as cancelled when scanned.
