Can you add a checkbox question in EE4

I am trying to add a checkbox question in EE4 and the only question types available to me are:
Text
Textarea
Single
Dropdown
Multiple Choice
Date

I need a checkbox questions so people agree to the terms and conditions.

Please advise.

Hi,

Multiple Choice is checkboxes (it allows for multiple options to be selected).

Single is radio buttons.
