is there any feature in event espresso that allow the front end user to submit an event????

Hello,
Yes we have our Front-end Event Manager v1.0 add on plugin which is currently available to Premium licence holders in the Pre Release section of their account.
It allows registered users with your site to create basic events from the front end.

Is this safe for use on a live site? if not what’s the ETA?

It’s in Pre Release so there may be a few bugs, but it should be safe we did a lot of security testing on this add on due to what it does. Like anything we cannot give a 100% guarantee, but as always we are working to make sure this and all the other plugins are as safe as possible.
There is no ETA as yet on a formal release, 4.0 is our current priority.
