Can not find a registration in the registrations list

Hello,

There is a customer registered to our event. We and the customer got the approval email but we cannot find the registration in the registration list.

Do you guys have any idea what is going on?

Hi,

I’m afraid not enough information was given to have an idea what is going on. When you go to Event Espresso > Messages, do you find a copy of the approval email there?

Hi,

Yes I do, when I click the “view related transaction” button it shows the sibling’s registration.There might be a problem during the multiple registration. Right?

So you do have a registration record attached to that email. Did they register for both children in separate transactions, or was there one transaction?

No. I have the transaction record for that email, but showing the different name which probably the sibling. I do not have any record for the registrant name on the email.
On the email registrant name is Ava, but on the related transection the name is Anna. When I go to the registration list I find Anna with incomplete registration, but I could not find Ava.
Probably they were doing multiple registration and they mess up, would that be possible?

It is possible to edit the attendee information after the initial registration. The thank you page includes links that take the end user to a page where they can edit the answers on the registration form.
