Can I get another Valid Lincese Key for a new Client urgently?

Hello Support,

After a new client of ours witnessed the capabilities of Event Espresso on our website, he asked that we initiate the same for his upcoming event. He is definitely making payment but not immediately. Can we get another Valid License Key for this new Client for the purpose of demonstration on his website urgently?

Hi there,

You actually do not need a license key to use Event Espresso on a demo site.

Then why are we getting this error message across 3 different web browsers:
“Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.”

That’s usually the result of server side caching on their web server. You can follow these guides to fix/troubleshoot:

The Nothing in your event queue error is not caused by a missing license key.
