Hi
Is it possible to set Calendar widget to show just days with links? At the moment (www.cele.si/new), calendar shows a flag for each event. We can have like 30 events for one day .. can’t imagine the look of calendar with 30 flags for each day .. it would be like 2000px height 🙂
At present site http://www.cele.si, which we are abandoning, that’s why we are customizing Newsmag, you can see the calendar on the right .. click on a day and it takes you to all events for that day.
Something similar here?

Hi Gregor,
I can recommend using the Upcoming Events Widget instead of the Calendar widget. The upcoming events widget will display a list of events with their dates with links.

This is not a solution 🙁 We still need a feature, where customer can say “I want to see events for 26th of July”
Calendar widget would be great feature with only links on dates 🙂 kinda search feature

by the way, talking about calendar … where can we set date format. Thru all pages or events, date is displayed as set in WP settings, yet Calendar has its own date format and hour format.

Hi Gregor,
If you go to Event Espresso > Calendar > Advanced Settings tab, you can set the formats, and wording their.
The feature you are looking for is not currently available for Event Espresso, but I will certainly add it as a feature request.

Managed to translate and fix everything, except time format .. 3AM instead of 03:00
Can we see anywhere feature requests or a roadmap?

If you have an idea for a new feature, then you can share it here in our support forums. Generally, ideas that can be used for different event organizers across different industries are considered.
If they are very specific to a certain type of event, then we may suggest custom coding.
