Calendar Tool Tip Delay Not Working

I have added the code to create a 1 second delay [see screenshot] as mentioned in this post, but it still does not seem to be working.

Any ideas why?

Hi Greg,

It is working in Chrome and Firefox, what browser did you test with? Did you clear your cache after adding the code?
