I got this email from a potentional customer. Why would this be happening?

“I tried to purchase tickets for this Saturday’s show and it keeps taking me to Sept. 21. Are you sold out for Saturday?”

It takes alot of effort and marketing to get a customer to come to the website and purchase tickets – the last thing we need is a glitch that makes it impossible. Im just glad this customer didn’t give up – but it really worries me as to you whom I might be losing!

Hi,

For me it kept adding the 14th Sept event. I would suggest two things. Firstly temporarily rename the templates folder in wp-content/uploads/espresso/. This will force the plugin to use the default templates as it might be a modification causing the issue.

Secondly update to the latest version of Event Espresso. While I cannot see anything in our change log that refers to an issue like this it could be possible it is a bug that has been fixed.

As an aside your calendar page has this text viewable

(Available parameters: month, basicWeek, basicDay, agendaWeek, agendaDay)

you may wish to remove that as that is just part of our documentation.

I just updated the plug in and now you can’t see the name of the month on the calendar.

Plus on every page it says

Warning: array_key_exists() [function.array-key-exists]: The second argument should be either an array or an object in /home1/seanpaul/public_html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-social/espresso-social.php on line 156

This is embarrassing – how do I change it?

I did update the plug in, and now it is imposible to buy tickets. The Plug in doesn’t work now.

I am panicking

Hi,

I responded on the other thread, but I will say the same here, I cannot see any issues on the site. Did you update the Social addon as that seems to be the issue here.
