After I did the current Event Espresso update the other day my calendar shows up on a computer but does NOT from a mobile device anymore. It also is moving pictures around in places they were not placed when viewing from a mobile device. For instance the Yelp icon showed up as our main picture and the AHA symbol showed up under the contact us picture area. Again, the pictures appear in the correct places and the calendar is able to be viewed from a computer but not a mobile device. What is the problem???? PLEASE HELP, we have a lot of customers who register and view our calendar from a mobile device. Thank you, Vince |

Hello, Could you share a link to an event so we can take a look at this issue? If you do not want to share this link here in our support forums then please email the link to the email address below and also include a link to this support post. support [at] eventespresso.com Thanks! — |

Hello Lorenzo, Im not sure quite how to share a link for you to see the issue. Here is the calendar link from the computer showing the events. http://saveaheartcpr.com/course-calendar/ See how it actually shows events? When you try to click on the “Course Calendar” from our home page off of a mobile device it takes you to the calendar of events but it only shows the drop down bars and NO EVENTS. Very odd, by the way I am using an iPhone 4. It also was showing pictures in places they don’t belong when viewing from a mobile device. I have not seen this problem of the pictures in the last day or two but the calendar still will not show events at all. Thank you for your help Sir, we appreciate it! Vince |

Hi, I looked at the link on an iPad and iPhone and it appears to load correctly: http://cl.ly/image/0R161C3c0Y02 I browsed to the link directly and through the navigation. — |

I have no clue Sir! I have tried from my iPhone 4 and it will not show up. My phone has the most recent update so that’s not it. I have also used a Samsung Tablet and it shows ok from it as well. It is only my cell phone it does not show the events. I tried to attach a snapshot for you for I don’t see where I can attach it on here. |

Upload to WordPress media and post the link here. — |

Hello Lorenzo, Im sorry but I am a total novice individual doing this. My IT person has been activated and deployed to Afghanistan and I am trying to take care of this site till he gets back. I do not know how or where to go to upload this picture for you to see. Do you have a direct email i can send it to so you may view it? Thank you |

Hi, We received the images. The large email image isn’t from Event Espresso. Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso only and the calendar? Then could you refresh the calendar page on your mobile phone. If it appears normal, then reactivate a few plugins at a time until you find the source of the large image. — |
|
Hello, I have attempted to deactivate the Plugins as you requested and reactivate 1 at a time. The problem still has not been resolved with the Calendar not showing on a mobile device after the Calendar update took place. Any other suggestions on what I can try to do to fix this problem? |
|
Hi, Do you see the same thing with a default WP theme? Again, that email image isn’t from Event Espresso so we are trying to determine where it is coming from. — |

Thank you, I have not noticed any more problems with the pictures showing in random order on a mobile device. However, I am still unable to view our events when you click on the “Course Calendar”. It loads the page but shows no calendar with events, it’s mostly all blank. The picture I sent you earlier of the blank calendar screen. |

Hello, ok, from my computer I sent our web page link from an email to another email address of mine. From my mobile phone I accessed the email and used the link, I then tried the Course Calendar and it loaded for me. I then saved that page as a book mark icon for my mobile device and deleted the old one. I tried the new book mark icon and it all seems to work ok now. After all this I would think it has something to do with my mobile device not the web page. HHHHMM, quite weird but happy it appears to be working for us now. I will attempt to notify you if I hear of our clients having issues just as I had. Were hoping not! Thank you for all your help Lorenzo! I hope we don’t have to speak again in the future…. 😉 Vince |

Glad to hear this is now working for you. Have a great week! — |
