Hi,
I just purchased EE4 but the calendar is nowhere to be found. It is not even in the plugin settings as suggested for setup, etc. The shortcode is not working either. Do I need to install something separately?
Thanks for the clarification Tony, but your features list is misleading. It looked like the calendar was part of the base features when looking at the product before purchase – please see your page here: https://eventespresso.com/features/. In the pricing tables it shows that the Personal License comes with 51+ features and the cale3ndar is listed as one of them. This is the only reason I purchased EE4 vs the Decaf version. Now I need to spend another $30 for that.
I am sorry for the confusion. It was never our intention to be misleading. If you click the feature for the EE4 Calendar, you will see that it is explained that the calendar for EE4 is a separate purchase. https://eventespresso.com/features/event-calendar/
Thanks Jonathan, this is a great event plugin, but the website is a bit confusing and not clear. I did figure it out but it should be more obvious. Thank you.
Hi there Elena, I do see how that area could be confusing. We’ll be reviewing it soon to make it more clear and reduce any confusion.
Thanks again for letting us know about it.
